This condo is an end unit on the second floor on the northern side of the development. It features an elevator, beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout, unobstructed views of the ocean and a 66-ft swimming pool. 

The oceanview kitchen comes equipped with stainless appliances including a GE bottom freezer fridge with automatic ice maker, electric oven, 5-burner induction cooktop stove, hood vent, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender. It comes well-equipped with dishware and cookware. The kitchen also features double stainless sinks, plenty of storage, and under cabinet LED lighting. 

The kitchen opens to a spacious living and dining area with ocean views, AC, overhead fan, and custom furnishings.  The living room features two sets of sliding glass doors with custom blackout window coverings.

The master bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet with a safe installed, AC, overhead fan, custom window coverings, and screens on windows. The ensuite bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower. Beautiful views are available from each of the windows. Custom wood furnishings include a queen bed, bedside tables, and a dresser.

The second bedroom features a queen sized Murphy bed, flat screen TV, love seat, AC and overhead fans. It has sliding doors that open out to the bonus living area and spacious oceanfront balcony.

The beachfront balcony has ~250 sq ft of space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One side is covered with a vaulted ceiling and the other side is open. 

There is a full guest bath and a separate laundry closet with a side by side washer and dryer. 

For safe, potable drinking water, the condo is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system that treats all incoming water to the unit plus a secondary ceramic and activated carbon filter plus UV treatment system at the kitchen sink. Unlike almost all properties in Ecuador (and most of Latin America), this development's wastewater system was designed to receive toilet paper so you don't need to worry about having to throw your used toilet paper in the trash.  

The condo grounds include direct access down to the beautiful sand beach, a 66-ft oceanfront swimming pool with heated jacuzzi, bocce ball court, pathways, and tropical landscaping. You won't feel enclosed inside a box on this property!

This condo rental is located in our recently completed 18 unit condo development in the small, laid-back fishing town of San Clemente. San Clemente was currently listed as one of the top 10 places to live in Ecuador by an online community called Expat Exchange. Because San Clemente is  located between three cities Manta (45 min), Portoviejo (40 min), and Bahia (30 min), it provides a good option for someone who doesn't want to live IN the city but still wants relatively easy access to cities for their shopping, medical, and transportation needs. The Ensenada del Pacifico condos are within walking distance to several great restaurants and small shops for basic supplies and groceries.
