Our Ecuador Vacation and Real Estate tour with Andrew & Carol at Casa de Terrazas was fantastic!  We were wined and dined and, best of all, it felt like we were hanging out with old friends – even though we just met! Their digs are beautiful – flowers and green everywhere plus a gorgeous courtyard with pool! 

Carol was the hostess with the most-est and we even got to do yoga on the beach together.  Andrew was a really impressive source of information.  He showed us some unique opportunities and answered every question I could think of about buying real-estate in Ecuador. And some I didn’t think of! He also seemed to have super-human powers of arranging things.  My partner wondered about dental work while 

we were in Ecuador and before I could turn around, she had an appointment with a great dentist.  No sooner did we ask about if something was possible than it was arranged!   Whether we wanted to fish in the ocean or fish in the mangroves or go to Cuenca for a few days or tour the towns south of San Clemente – Andrew and Carol made it happen.  The driver showed up and off we went; the guy with the boat showed up and off we went.

We got the skinny on all the surrounding towns; when the tourists come; where to eat; which market to visit. Casa de Terrazas and Ecuador Beachfront Property offer a “Get To Know Ecuador Tour.” It’s affordable and top of the list if you are interested in moving to Ecuador. We had lots of good conversations about what people are looking for in Ecuador right now – who is looking right now and what the future may look like for real-estate there.  You can’t do better than to stay at Casa de Terrazas and if you are interested in real-estate you owe it to yourself to spend some time with Andrew & Carol.
