VACATION & REAL ESTATE TOUR TESTIMONIAL

My wife and I decided to choose Ecuador Beachfront Property’s Vacation and Real Estate Tour.  We had recently retired and were interested in possibly relocating to the central coast of Ecuador.  Our only knowledge of the country and the area was through internet research.  Neither of us spoke more than a few phrases in Spanish, so we needed a host to help direct our every move.  This tour certainly fulfilled our needs.  

Casa de Terrazas is a beautiful B and B located in a small coastal town called San Clemente.  Andrew and Carol are exceptional hosts who create a friendly, "laid back" environment for their guests.  The room was clean and beautiful with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean off multiple covered balconies.  The pool and grounds inspire a feeling of a tropical oasis that is so inviting

you never want to leave.  The breakfast is delicious and features breakfast meats and eggs cooked to your personal expectations along with a variety of delectable fruits grown in the area.  We had a long, diverse list of beachfront properties to view.  For this reason, we inquired about extending the tour so we could feel less rushed in making a very important decision for our future.  

Viewing properties in Ecuador is less straightforward and requires more planning than simply acquiring a key or a lock box code like in the US.  Andrew worked extremely hard to accommodate our wants and needs.   We were able to view every property we asked for along with others that he suggested from his own research.  

We learned more about the real estate market in Ecuador in two weeks than in over a year of research on our own.  If you are serious about making the move to the central coast for investment or retirement, this tour is essential.  We are currently in the process of purchasing a beachfront home in San Jacinto and can’t wait to start our new life.
