The Yard
The yard is landscaped with lighting, rock walkways, inlaid mosaic tile floors.

The infinity edge pool is cool and inviting and is equipped with a new pump, filter and plumbing.

From the pool there is a cement wall with a locked gate ocean side, and a set of steps that lead to a nearly private beach.

Upon returning from the beach there is an outside shower for washing off the sand.

The 3 remaining sides of the property are secured by an 8-foot cement security wall, with the one street front having a gate to pull in the parking area, as well as a walk through entry gate.
