Hotel Mirador is a 4-story beachfront hotel and restaurant that is full of potential. The property is located on one of the most popular beaches along the central coast between the towns of San Jacinto and San Clemente, just 45 minutes north of the Manta airport.

 

This hotel has approximately 6,000 sq ft of construction and features 10 guest rooms and 10 full baths.

The first floor is comprised of a restaurant, caretaker living quarters, and storage. The 2nd and 3rd floors each have 3 guest rooms and the 4th floor has 4 guest rooms with an extensive oceanfront terrace. All guest rooms have beachfront views.

The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors are oversized and are currently subdivided with bamboo walls to create smaller bedrooms. *Note that many Ecuadorian hotels charge by the person, not by the room, and therefore tend to try and fit as many beds as possible into each space. However, these large rooms present an opportunity to be converted into 6 very spacious, oceanview studios.

 

Three rooms already have a kitchenette space. All rooms have ocean views.
