This well-equipped condo is 50 paces to the sandy beach and warm, swimmable ocean. Closer still is the enormous, 66-ft lap pool and heated jacuzzi.

 

 

We want to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible and can arrange for airport pickup, cleaning and cooking services, in-home spa services, and recreational activities.

 

The condo comes well-equipped with quality appliances, comfortable furnishings, and creature comforts like AC, washer/dryer, and dishwasher and whole-house water filtration system for safe, potable water.. You can even toss your toilet paper in the toilet instead of in the trash can like most places.

The unit is located in an 18 unit condo building in the small, laid-back fishing town of San Clemente. San Clemente has been listed as one of the top 10 places for expats to live in Ecuador.

Because San Clemente is located between three cities, Manta (45 min), Portoviejo (40 min), and Bahia (30 min), it provides a good option for someone who doesn't want to live right in the city but still wants relatively easy access for shopping, medical, and transportation needs. The Ensenada condos are also within walking distance to restaurants and small shops for basic supplies and groceries. 

The condo complex of Ensenada del Pacifico boasts spacious grounds right on the beach with tropical landscaping, a 66-ft beachfront swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a ramp right down to the gorgeous sand beach with warm, swimmable water. Unlike many beachfront properties, there is no road dividing the condos from the sand.
