"Casa Ensenada" sits within the spacious grounds of the beachfront condo complex of Ensenada del Pacifico in beautiful San Clemente, Ecuador. Shared amenities include a 66-ft oceanfront pool, heated jacuzzi, and direct access to the sandy, uncrowded beach with warm, swimmable waters.

Awake each morning in your home-away-from-home with the sounds of waves and bird song. This beautiful property is full of special touches including locally-crafted artwork and comfortable, custom furnishings.

As you enter the home, you pass through a spacious screened-in porch, equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven and an oversized dining table that doubles as a standard-sized ping-pong table.  

The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There is quality kitchenware (including an Instant Pot, blender, espresso maker, juicer, etc.), plenty of storage space, and colorful artwork.

The living room is equipped with a 50" TV and a large, comforable sectional with movable footrests. 

Off the kitchen is a full bathroom and an extra-large bedroom with two double beds, AC, and built-in closets.

A second bedroom downstairs is outfitted with a double bed and AC and is located adjacent to the second full bathroom.

A playroom/children's library has a reclinier and a plethora of children's books and games (mostly in English).

Also downstairs is a laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer and extra storage space.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable pillow-top king bed, his-and-her wardrobes, and AC. 

The spacious ensuite master bath features double vessel sinks, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. 

The 4th bedroom is a loft over the living room and is equipped with a queen bed, futon, desk, and some basic workout equipment.

Casa Ensenada (delineated below with yellow box) sits on the spacious beachfront grounds of the Ensenada del Pacifico Condominium (delineated below with blue box) in the popular, laid-back fishing town of San Clemente.  

 

Because San Clemente is situated between three cities Manta (45 min), Portoviejo (40 min), and Bahia (30 min), it provides a good option for someone who doesn't want to live IN the city but still wants relatively easy access to cities for their shopping, medical, and transportation needs.

The property is within walking distance to great restaurants and small shops for basic supplies and groceries.

Please be aware that HOA regulations allow a maximum of up to 6 people (including children aged 2 and up).

A well-behaved pet may be considered with a $50 pet fee.
