We looked at different places to retire and did the typical internet searches on various countries and all of their pluses and minuses. Then we came across the webpage for Ecuador Beachfront Property and it had a much different feel. We were very impressed by all the information on the website, the variety of home listings that were available, and the quick email response by Andrew to our questions. We realized it was a great, one-stop shop.
Even before we arrived for the real estate tour, Andrew had sent us an itinerary laid out with various homes that fit our criteria and budget.
Our stay with Andrew and Carol at Casa de Terrazas was amazing! We felt like we were family in a short amount of time. The food, the hospitality, the community that they have built and are sharing with us as their guests was truly a great pleasure. We wish we could stay for longer!
Our real estate tour gave us the opportunity
to really explore different towns and experience the culture. Until you actually visit in person, you really just don’t know. The tour also allowed us to meet other people that have already been through this experience. Hearing their stories supported information told to us by Andrew and Carol and made us feel even more comfortable about making such a big decision.
Even with our lengthy criteria, Andrew helped us to find our house. And not only did we find our home during our tour, we found it on Day 2! So we’re very excited! We’re ready!
