ECUADOR BEACHFRONT HOUSE PURCHASE TESTIMONIAL

 My husband and I came to Ecuador on vacation in December 2021-January 2022 with the plan to stay in Manta and take day trips to all the surrounding beach towns. The goal was to find a town we liked so that when we were ready to move here we would know where to rent and eventually maybe buy or build a house. After two weeks in Manta our fabulous driver, Juan Zambrano, told us we really needed to meet his friends Carol and Andrew, who work with Ecuador Beachfront Property and own a lovely B&B called Casa de Terrazas in San Clemente.

We immediately bonded with Carol and Andrew, and really liked the vibe in San Clemente. They offered us a room in their B&B for the rest of our trip, even though we were still booked in Manta for another week. Carol and Andrew made us feel at home.

Andrew showed us some properties in the San Clemente / San Jacinto area, to give us an idea of what might be available. Well…

we bought one!

We went home and sold everything to get back to Ecuador as soon as possible. We moved here in June of 2022 and are now building our dream house on the beach in San Alejo, and are looking forward to being almost neighbors to Carol and Andrew.
