This beachfront hotel is located at the beautiful "Boca" location in Crucita where a river empties into the ocean, providing countless recreational activities for nature enthusiasts. The hotel features a small swimming pool and poolside bar, 6 rooms with private baths (2 with kitchenette), and an owner's living quarters with 2BR/2BA, kitchen and living room.

 

This property sits on a spacious beachfront lot measuring approximately 53 ft wide by 132 ft deep (16 m x 40 m). 

 

Main Structure:

The main structure is two stories plus a small rooftop terrace with views of the ocean, river, and mangrove reserve.

The ground level has the owner's living quarters with 2BR/2BA, kitchen, and living area.

On the second level of the main structure there are three oceanview hotel rooms, each with a private bath.

Room 1 has a double bed, hot water in the sink and shower, AC, and a tv with Direct TV.

Room 2 has a double bed and bunk beds, fans (no AC), large bath with hot water plumbing, including a tile bathtub and separate shower.

Room 3 has AC, cable tv, a skylight, double bed and a walk-in shower with hot water plumbing.

A shared balcony on the second level offers views to the pool and beach.

A small rooftop terrace of the main structure features beautiful 360 degree views of the mangrove reserve and ocean.

 

Pool area and Guest Suite: 

Outside is a beachfront pool and poolside bar surrounded by coconut palms.

Beachfront and adjacent to the swimming pool is a 1BR/1BA guest suite with kitchenette. 

 

Wooden Cabanas:

The property also has two wooden 1BR/1BA cabanas located towards the entrance of the property from the road. The cabanas offer a shaded porch  with hammocks.

Cabana room 1 has a double bed, AC, mini-fridge and full bath (cold water plumbing only but hot water can be added) 

Cabana room 2 has a double bed, bunk beds, AC, cable tv, full bath (cold water only but hot water can be added) and a kitchenette with sink and stove top. 

 

The hotel is located on a wide, sandy beach towards the end of the road that dead-ends at the "Boca", the mouth of the river as it enters the ocean. The Boca is a popular weekend spot for swimming, fishing and eating at the seafood eateries under the thatched roof ramadas. Other outdoor activities include kite-surfing, kayaking and birding.
