This lot is located at the end of a road in the community of Los Ranchos, with neighbors to the rear and left side. It has 56.88 feet (17.34 meters) of beach frontage and is 164 feet (50 meters) deep. A new breakwater has recently been installed. The property sits approximately 18 feet above sea level. Electric and water are available at the lot.

At the main road, about every 10 minutes, you can catch a bus to take you 1 km south to the community of Los Arenales, where you can purchase fresh fruits, vegetables and fish every day. You can pick up supplies at local tiendas. A few small restaurants are also available. An open-air market is held on Saturday mornings.
Continue on the bus south to the fishing village of Crucita. Stroll the malecon (beachfront road) and enjoy the vendors with their wares. Stop by and eat fresh seafood of your choice at one of the many restaurants. For breathtaking views go up to La Loma and Paraglide off the mountain out over the sea.
