This spacious home has 1,130 sq ft (105m2) of enclosed living space and an additional 322 sq ft (30m2) exterior living space. No need for air conditioning, as the gentle breezes from the river and ocean are constant and pleasing.

1st level- As you enter the door you step into the living area of the home. Beyond the dining area is the kitchen, which has porcelain tile counter tops, double kitchen sink, gas cook stove and oven and 2 refrigerators. Also staying with the home is a juice maker, meat cutter, mixer, toaster, and other kitchenware. There are ceiling fans in both the living area and the kitchen. Out the back door there is a small courtyard, which is beautifully done in Mosaic tile. The washing machine is also located here.

2nd level- has 2 large bedrooms. The blue bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan and a private, 75sq ft (7m2) balcony. (Desk not included). The green bedroom has a full size bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower with built in shelves and an electric showerhead.

3rd level-has the gold bedroom, with 2 large picture windows, 2 twin beds, dresser and ceiling fan. This level also has a full bath. A 156 sq ft (14.5m2) terrace welcomes you with bamboo furniture and sweeping views. There is a small kitchen area with sink and cook top. A set of steps takes you to the 4th level.

4th level-Is comfortable and cozy in the bamboo room with a single size bed and tree round table. Bamboo shades roll up so you can let the sun shine in. This room gives way to the white roof-terrace complete with lounge chair and city and ocean views.

This home is equipped with wi-fi and has tile floors throughout. It features a gated entrance and a security system. A vacuum cleaner, sewing machine and music center stay with the home. It is located in the North area of Bahia, just 2 blocks from Bahia’s beach and 3 blocks from the Chone River beach, away from downtown noise (trucks and buses) and activity.

Bahia is a growing coastal town on the mouth of the Rio Chone. Bahia has anything you need: mall, groceries, restaurants, banks, hospital, rehabilitation center, gym, dental clinics, farm and fish markets open 7 days in a week.
