This 4th floor 1 bedroom unit is located in the Arena Sol y Mar building. This building is beachfront and located at the south end of Crucita where the beaches are not crowded. Close enough to walk to town for dinner, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the malecon. It has a swimming pool, elevator, and 24-hour caretaker on-site. This unit comes with covered parking. There is 773.38 total sq ft (79.85m2) of enclosed living space and a 86 sq ft (8m2) covered balcony where you can watch the beautiful pacific sunsets and humpback whales.

The main living area is open and airy. The sliding doors open wide to the balcony for awesome ocean views and fresh ocean breezes.

There is a bay window for your dining area. The kitchen has plenty cabinet and counter space and includes a granite counter tops, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator freezer, and a 4-burner electric double oven stove.

There is a social ½ bath in the hall. The master bedroom is large, has a built-in closet and is complete with a spacious bath that has a great view!

The entry hall has an enclosed laundry area with washer/dryer hook-ups and a separate pantry.

Tile floors throughout. Direct TV and wifi internet are available. Pets are welcome. This home comes with all furnishings seen in the photos. All you need is your bathing suit and flip-flops!

Building and pool area
Arena Sol y Mar was built in 2010. The swimming pool and social area is beach front, lending beautiful views to the ocean as you swim. There is a small social area with BBQ, bathrooms, and outside shower for rinsing off after coming back from the beach. The elevator and staircase entrance have been recently enclosed. HOA fees are $82/month and include water, building maintenance, pool maintenance, and 24 hour guard.  

Rooftop terrace
The 2nd common area is a 4th floor terrace on the adjacent building. There is a bridge connecting the two buildings. The terrace is open with a covered kitchen/BBQ area. There is also an outside shower and ½ bath. This open rooftop terrace offers ample space for sunbathing, sunrise yoga, barbecues, or sunset cocktail hour.

About the area

Crucita is a small fishing village just north of Manta. Located here the mountains meet the sea. You can buy fresh fish in the mornings from the local fishermen. In the evenings, stroll the malecon and stop in for dinner at one of the many restaurants. The bay has many beautiful views; from Punta Bikini cliff in San Clemente to the north, to the skyline and night-lights of Manta to the south. You'll also have front row seats of paragliders flying around and landing on the beach. You too can take a tandem flight and enjoy the ride of your life!
