HOA fees are $82/month and include water, building maintenance, pool maintenance, and 24-hour caretaker.
The 2nd common area is a 4th floor terrace on the adjacent building. There is a bridge connecting the two buildings. The terrace is open with a covered kitchen/BBQ area. There is also an outside shower and ½ bath. This open rooftop terrace offers ample space for sunbathing, sunrise yoga, barbecues, or sunset cocktail hour.
About the area
Crucita is a small fishing village just north of Manta. Located here the mountains meet the sea. You can buy fresh fish in the mornings from the local fishermen. In the evenings, stroll the Malecon and stop in for dinner at one of the many restaurants. The bay has many beautiful views; from Punta Bikini cliff in San Clemente to the north, to the skyline and night-lights of Manta to the south. You'll also have front row seats of paragliders flying around and landing on the beach. You too can take a tandem flight andget a fresh perspective on things.
