Tom Saunders is an entrepreneur and academic interested in the interface of applied science, conservation, and business.  He has been involved in real estate here in coastal Ecuador since 2006 and is currently focused on beachfront real estate development projects in Ecuador through the company Ecuador Beachfront Property S.A. Tom and his team are currently building their first multi-unit development project in San Clemente, Ecuador: Ensenada Del Pacifico.  Tom recently filmed an episode of HGTV's House Hunters International and two episodes of HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt. My husband, Ken and I have lived in Ecuador since October 2014.  We came on vacation earlier that year and fell in love with Ecuador and the small fishing village, Crucita, where we stayed. Johnny Loor is ecuadorian american, born in California from ecuadorian parents, living in Portoviejo for many years has given him the posibilities to get the best, of the two cultures. Fluent in Spanish and English, graduated from UTE in Quito as a Publicist has facilitated the manner and way to understand the art of comunicating proper and adequately in both languages. Moved in 1991 to Ecuador from California, where thourghout these past 25 years has been working in the advertising and real estate field along the beaches of Manabi. Has built very strong and important acquaintances that has taken him in the right path into gathering the right and necessary information to help expats seek that other adventureous way of life the ecuadorian coast offers, a life very different from what we are used to back home. Happily Married to Simona, my ecuadorian wife, along with our 2 daughters Gianna and Mia and 2 sons, Francoise and Josuhe, build our passion and reason to our everyday motivation.
