Bill Gabel is happy to rent his place located at the Boca (The river mouth), a beautiful spot on the edge of San Jacinto and not too far from Crucita. His two story home has a wide porch upstairs looking out over the ocean and sand dunes. The property has two bedrooms with a shared bath. The home is completely furnished. The porch is an amazing spot to catch the afternoon breeze, look out over the beach and drink a cold beverage.
Downstairs is a full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table, stove, oven, fridge/freezer and a downstairs bathroom. There is also an ample living area with a couch and chairs. The showers have consistent hot water... which is a hard-to-find amenity on the coast!
Right behind the house is a mangrove reserve for exploring and the house is just a few hundred meters from fishing and swimming in the Portoviejo River. The wide beach is just in front of the house and the surf is good in the area, especially during the North American winter!
