Lots #10 (Available) and #11 (SOLD)

View of Lots 10 and 11 combined (green square) near the mouth of the Portoviejo River.
Lots 10 and 11 are two adjacent beachfront lots, each 10 meters wide by 20 meters deep for 200 sq m or 2,152 sq ft total. These beachfront lots are perfectly sized for building a small beachouse or to keep as an investment for the future.
The lots are on the edge of a biological reserve and about a three minute walk to a river. Lot 11 recently SOLD so lot 10 is our last lot available at the Boca!
These beachfront lots are located at "the Boca," the name for the southern end of the quiet San Jacinto fishing village, a few miles north of the town of Crucita. The lots have been filled and are ready for construction. They also have road and utility access. Water is supplied to homes in the area via truck delivery to fill a cistern located at each home.
Travel to the area is relatively straightforward: An international flight to Quito and then a 30 minute domestic flight to either Portoviejo or Manta. From there it is less than a 1 hour drive to San Jacinto. The airport in Manta is scheduled to become international within the next couple of years, which will streamline travel times considerably.

The lots are on the edge of a biological reserve that boasts some of the last remaining mangrove forest habitat in the region. Great for bird watching! The lots are also located close to the mouth of the Portoviejo River as it meets the ocean. The river meanders alongside mangrove trees and sandy beaches, providing peaceful canoeing/kayaking opportunities. A steady ocean breeze keeps away heat and mosquitoes.
