Lots 8 and 9
Canoa is known for having one of the best beaches in Ecuador. The expansive, sandy 17km beach extends from the cliffs at the northern end of Canoa proper toward the south. Interest in beachfront land here has grown quickly as expats and Ecuadorians alike have become enticed by all that Canoa has to offer.
Major improvements to local and regional infrastructure including easy access provided by a new four-lane coastal road and the "longest bridge in Ecuador" that links Canoa and Bahia de Caraquez will firmly set Canoa as one of the best beach destinations on the coast of Ecuador.
Canoa is already well-established as a classic surfing, paragliding, and windsurfing/kiteboarding destination.
We are offering two expansive 1,000 square meter (over 10,750 square feet) lots that are situated in a prime location for an idyllic beachhouse. Each lot has 20 meters (over 65 feet) of beachfront and is 50 meters (164 feet) deep.
The lots are located 3km along the beach to the city center of Canoa, which means they have ready access to the town for shopping, eclectic restaurants, etc. yet are away from the active nightlife.

You can also see in the google earth images that these lots are beachfront, but are spaced away from the new four-lane road, providing both privacy from the road and an excellent beachfront with close access to towns and transportation, while maintaining privacy, peace and quiet.

The above photos show the cement boundary markers. At the bottom right hand corner you'll see a cement cylinder. This indicates the southernmost extent of lots 8 and 9. The northern boundary of the lots is the fence in the middle of the photo. This land can be bought as one or two lots.
Here is the view from the northern end looking toward the south. The cliffs in the background make excellent paragliding hills and paragliders can land right on the beach.
Lots in and around Canoa have sold for well over $60/square meter. In Canoa itself land is over $100/meter square.
Asking prices for lots similar to the ones we have listed here range from $60-$90/meter square.
