Crucita is just a few miles to the south and the lot is within a few minutes walk to a the bus line that runs from the Portoviejo river to Crucita and on to Portoviejo itself. Busses also pass by that run to Manta and Rocafuerte, other nearby city centers.
This lot has excellent views to the north of Punto Charapoto (picturesque seaside cliffs) and to the south of Crucita (windsports paradise). All of the documents are in order and the title is registered in Portoviejo.
Electrical posts are already in place and approximately 100 meters of cable would be needed to connect to the grid. Water would be provided by an individual cistern (very common practice throughout the region).
There are miles of beach to the north and south. Heading north brings you to the mouth of the Portoviejo river while wandering south brings you to the bustling tourist town of Crucita. We've been told that the population of Crucita swings from 10,000 to 50,000 during tourist season. This lot has the same beaches, but does not receive the crowds that Crucita does, which some may appreciate.
The lot has 41 feet of beachfront and is 155 feet deep; over 6,300 square feet total (12.5 x 47 meters; 587 square meters). If purchased with the adjacent lot 6, the resulting lot would be well over a quarter acre of beachfront land.
We are asking $3.01/square foot ($33/square meter) for the lot. The total for lot 5 is $19,000 US dollars. A road extends to the lot!
